2014 UPSC EXPECTED SYLLABUS AND UNDECLARED STATEMENT ABOUT THE 2014 UPSC NOTIFICATIONS

Now a days UPSC aspirants have lots of doubt about UPSC 2014 Syllabus and pattern of the exam. At the same time under 2014 exam planner the UPSC notifications expected to coming at the date 17/05/2014 but it not come so aspirants doubts also increase due to these above reasons. Previously some of the undeclared statements always roaming through all UPSC aspirants , like the below things

1. CSAT only as a qualifying at the same time General Studies weight-age is going to be high.
2.Due to new syllabus lots of aspirants not able cover the new one so UPSC declared for increasing two attempts, in these reason aspirants are all very happy, but this declarations was not clear so so of the confusion around .
3.Optional papers going to be remove and instead of that LAW and PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION paper is going to compulsory.
4. Some confusion with Ministry of Social Welfare.
